PLANT Martin Dow’s STATE-OF-THE-ART & ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFIED FACTORY located in an industrial zone at 45-km Multan Road, Lahore, on an area measuring more than two acres. The factory is designed by a Pakistani Architect, who has its specialization in designing Multinational Pharmaceutical manufacturing  plants in Pakistan, like Merck Marker, Abbott and Reckitt & Colman. However, to manufacture the products strictly according to the cGMP, M/S. Flour Daniel, Inc. USA have provided services for vetting our architectural drawings from the point of view of production, quality control warehousing and technical process flows confirm to all architectural aspects according to the International Pharmaceuticals Standards. The new Plant is a state-of-the-art facility, which is fully equipped with imported and locally fabricated equipments to meet diversified manufacturing requirements. The factory comprises of eight active sections: Warehouse, Solid Form, Liquid Manufacturing, Cream/Ointment Manufacturing, Anti-biotic, Packing, Quality Control Labs and Engineering Department.

The Heat/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment is installed on the first floor of the factory building as this is an international industry recommendation from the cGMP Point of View.  A genset of 300 KVA is installed to avoid production losses due to possible power breakdowns. A boiler and a generator has also been installed to generate steam in addition to complete system of deionized (D.I.) Water Plant. The raw water is completely filtered and Chlorinated to desire limits (2-4 Pppm) and then passed through the D.I. Water Plant.

Quality Assurance Martin Dow has well equipped quality control laboratories with sophisticated instruments. All products manufactured in Martin Dow factory undergoes strict quality control tests and are released for sale only after compliance of quality standards. It further enhance Martin Dow Quality Standards, we are manufacturing products for multinational company as contract manufacturer. The sample of each batch of those products undergoes for parallel quality checks to international quality control laboratories.
