Finance department is primarily responsible for management of the budget, performance planning and monitoring, providing support for strategic and operational management decisions. This department focuses on setting and maintaining all accounting and legal standards, financial and management reporting, and compliance with legal and accounting requirements.

In order to fulfill the demands of ailing humanity, our distributors make prompt supplies to the pharmacies and hospitals. The I.T department of Martin Dow acts as hub and is responsible for integration of all corporate activities and resources. This department is equipped with the latest technology available in the world. This has enabled us to provide immediate I.T solutions in our day-to-day operations. The Corporate Office of Martin Dow at Karachi and our Factory at Lahore are uninterruptedly connected through a network, enabling us in quick execution of actions. Our entire operations are carried out at E.R.P (Enterprise Resource Planning) System.  This system integrates and automates all facets of business operations. Owing to this very effective tool, we have maintained a paper free corporate environment.

Business Development At Martin Dow, the business development department has multidimensional role.  This department is meant for exploring new business avenues for the company in international markets and searching reputable international companies for marketing of their products in Pakistan. The business development department performs all the related procedures from the identification of new molecules to the registration of the products. Business development department also coordinates with different certificates issuing authorities, including ISO. Our business development department is now working for acquiring ISO 14001 certification. The department effectively manages regulatory affairs and all correspondence with concern ministries and authorities.
