At Martin Dow we are committed to direct our resources and efforts to continuously improve upon internal and external customer satisfaction relating to product Quality, Service and Price.

 

The principle objectives of our Quality Policy are as follow 

·        Maintain an excellent “ Right First Time “ record of achievement and  effectiveness. 

·        Incorporate cGMP requirements as an unified system in all business processes. 

·        Continuously improve our operational systems to enhance the quality of our products offering patient ease, cost effectiveness and total healthcare solutions.  

·        Carry out regular training programs for employees to improve their knowledge and effectiveness

 

ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY & HEALTH POLICY

Martin Dow Pharmaceuticals (Pakistan) Limited is committed to establish, operate and maintain high standards of environmental and occupational health & safety at work with continuous improvement and to prevent pollution,  personal injury or damage to health and to minimize the financial loss.

Our aim is to safeguard the well being of those working on, visiting
and living near our premises.

 

To achieve these high standards, following are our objectives : 

·        Motivate employees for their involvement in relevant environmental, safety and occupational health planning, implementation and evaluation efforts;

·        Provide and maintain facilities, plant, equipment, systems and working conditions which are safe and without risk to the health of employees, visitors, contractors and the public;

·        Provide information, instruction, training and supervision to all staff so that they become competent to carry out their duties and responsibilities in a safe, environmentally responsible and effective manner;

·        Assess and seek to minimize the unfavorable impact of business activities on the environment by reliable procedures and technologies;

·        Develop and maintain appropriate emergency response procedure;

·        Take full account of environment, safety and health considerations in project planning and decision making;

·        Provide proactive and effective health and hygiene program.

·        Seek to achieve continuous improvement in its environmental safety and occupational health performance;

·        Treat local environmental, safety and health laws as minimum standards to be improved upon.
